David M. Haghighi, Esq. 

David M. Haghighi is the founder of the Law Offices of David M. Haghighi, APC, an immigration law firm based in Los Angeles, California. He is a Certified Specialist in Immigration & Nationality Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization and represents clients in asylum, removal defense, family immigration, waivers, appeals, and other complex immigration matters.

Mr. Haghighi has built his practice around helping immigrants and their families navigate high-stakes legal problems with precision, preparation, and strong advocacy. Based in Los Angeles, he represents clients throughout California, across the United States, and worldwide.

 

Mr. Haghighi’s perspective is also informed by personal experience. He came to the United States after fleeing persecution and was granted asylum, a background that informs his commitment to immigration representation.

Mr. Haghighi received his undergraduate degree from UCLA and his law degree from Southwestern University School of Law.
